Labmania has features developed with the exprience on sites; the system can manage the whole life cycle of the testing institution.
Labmania consists of several modules
AIS is responsible for applications to the testing center, several forms are filled over internet and the applicant sends them with the specimen; this is where the applications can be pre processed and threated accordingly.
LMIS is responsible for testing processes which include specimen receival, storage, preparation, planning, assigning, testing, reporting and controlling according to the defined rules by QMS.
- Calibration Management Information System (CMIS)
CMIS is responsible for calibration procedures and processes. It acts with QMS defined rules. CMIS alerts are given through out several communication platforms including email, SMS, Program Alerts, Windows Messenger Alerts, etc.
- Certification Information System (CIS)
CIS is responsible for certification procedures and processes after the test. Comittee's opinions and final judgements are reported. If the opinion is approval CIS generates the related specimen or product.
- Quality Management System (QMS)
QMS is responsible for workflow management, procedures distribution, rule management and testing processes inspection against QMS procedures.
- Tracking and Reporting System (TRS)
TRS is responsible for tracking of issues, assignments, bottle necks, testing performance and generates statistical or drill down/up analysis reports. TRS is a must for the intitutions accredited for ISO 17025 or ISO 9001:2000 for continous improvement.
- Laboratory Proffessional Tracking and Education Information System (LPTUIS)
LPTUIS is responsible for professional's education background, education claims, relates the test procedures/processes and education/certification conditions and levels. So that the tests are executed by certified professionals.
